Community Building & Leadership Program

Join Community Building & Leadership Program, supporting women leaders in strengthening trust, resilience, and connections within their communities. Drawing on the experience of Świetlica Dębniki in Kraków, Poland, and in partnership withCentr Educatio, the project offers online workshops, mentoring, a 4-day study visit in Kraków, and a final public meeting in Lviv. Led by facilitators experienced in community-building, trauma-informed practices, and participatory education, participants will gain practical tools to create supportive community spaces, develop initiatives, and connect with a peer network for ongoing support.
